Long term vision: We are building long-term progressive infrastructure that lasts beyond individual campaigns, election cycles, and political moments. Sustainable political change does not happen overnight, nor is it achieved through a single election. Lasting progress requires investment in people, organizations, and communities that can continue advancing our goals for years to come.
Empowering leaders: We will identify and recruit talented community activists, educators, and organizers who need more resources to run and win office. By investing in local candidates today, we cultivate tomorrow's statewide leaders.
